Norway Designs was established in 1957 by Per Tannum and is a lifestyle store with a focus on Norwegian design, crafts and unique small-scale products from Norway and the Nordics. At Norway Designs, each corner of the store tells a unique story.

Located in downtown Oslo in a beautiful old building, Norway Designs has long been a testament to design itself. Our lighting concept for the 2-storey shop amplifies the inherent beauty of the building and of the products displayed. On the ground floor, the lighting creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, emphasizing the glass, textile and ceramic products. The illuminated handrail guides you into the lower floor, where the lighting harmonizes with the space to create an atmosphere that is warm and charming. The track lights used here create focus points onto the products alongside the vaulted ceiling and into each of the small rooms.
